What you eat on a daily basis may not be providing you with all of the vitamins and minerals that you need. Talk to your doctor about a good "one a day" vitamin that you can take so that you can boost your vitamin D, vitamin C, and everything else that your body needs. After blood work, your doctor may be able to tell you more about your deficiencies so you know what supplements you should be reaching for.
