According to President Obama soaring health care costs make our current course indefensible. Many US citizens concur according to a recent CNN survey. The survey states that 55 percent of Americans think the current health care and health insurance system needs a major reform, but 70 percent of Americans are happy with their current health care plans simply because they work. The proposals that are being debated fail to address a major issue which is how to regulate the difference between what health-care costs the specific provider and what the patient actually pays. Can you regulate what Dr’s and hospitals charge patients?
