There are always 2 sides to the issue so I would need to hear more before I condemn the hospital.</description>

		<description>If the insubordination was a result of her fighting for necessary benefits and procedures to save her husbands life it was one thing. If her fighting was for "unnecessary or highly ineffective" benefits and procedures as determined by sound medical practice then this would cloud the waters, as would the exact nature of the insubordination. Hopefully COBRA was an option for her and her husband.</description>

		<description>It is too bad this lady isn't able to mourn the loss of her husband but instead fighting a court battle.  If she really was fired without just, it seems like she has a good chance to win this case.</description>

		<description>I haven't seen to many legal cases personally with insurance companies.  It seems they happen all the time.  With 7 years in the business, I'm yet to see something out of the oridnary.</description>
