Health insurance reform is taking forever

Legislation will not succeed in meeting the promised goal of signing the health insurance reform bill this year. According to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, the committee is going to be constrained by subjective time lines. He announced that they need to do what is best for the American people and time limits can cause unforeseen issues to be overlooked, which down the road we will regret. The American people deserve quality legislation and that is what we will receive.A huge part of the delay is getting an analysis or the overall cost, from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, which has been flooded with health care bills and parts of bills for nearly a year now. Should more time be allowed to perfect the health insurance reform? If we allowed more time would we ever agree to a reform?

    The American People have begun to read these Bills & are not happy with the loopholes and pork contained in two thousand pages of control. If this health reform does not get the votes to pass now, it will die as did “HilaryCare” back in the day. There will be some kind of reform, and reform IS needed but by taking it slow we can get actual reform not complete government control. Insurance should be a State issue and with that, you can not get much better laws or regulation than Florida, yet Senator Bill Nelson does whatever Nancy Pelosi does because he must think we have laws like Maine or California…
