Not a pleasant one, but one that many employers are being forced to make as the cost of health care continues to rise. Obama addressed the issue on Tuesday night as he stressed the importance of health care reform and making health insurance affordable and accessible to everyone, not just the large companies who could afford it. The numbers of small businesses who have been forced to drop their coverage over the past two years is astronomical, and the trend only continues to get worse.
