It was a heated discussion as members of the California School Employees Association met to fight for their rights to health benefits. The school board is proposing to stop offering coverage to employees who work less than 7 hours a day which would affect many school employees in the custodial, transportation, and food service areas. These employees feel that they have the same right to benefits as the teachers who do work 7 hours and will continue to receive coverage. What do you think?
