Brian Whitaker : Insurance & Risk Management Consultant

Brian attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina in Spartanburg. Brian studied political science and business with a concentration on international relations and business. Brian received his BA degree in 1991. Brian also played golf collegiately and attended school on a golf scholarship. Since graduating from college in 1991 Brian has enjoyed great success in both the real estate and insurance industries. While Brian was in the real estate industry he served as a loan officer, Branch Manager, and a VP for a national mortgage company. Brian has been a licensed insurance agent since February of 2000. Brian holds licenses for auto, home, health, life, disability, and commercial insurances. Brian owned and built an Allstate agency for almost 6 years in the Jacksonville area before selling it and moving on to be an independent insurance agent. Brian focused on personal lines and small commercial business policies while with Allstate. During his time with Allstate Brian developed a thorough understanding of personal lines insurance and he understands how to work with families to properly protect their assets. Brian believes in always doing the right thing for his customer and understands that success is bread through developing long term relationships with his clients. Success is not measured in the short term gaines but in the long term gaines. Also, Brian volunteers his spare time as a soccer coach for his local youth athletic association and coaches both a U10 girls team and a U6 girls team.
